MIKROUTSIKOS THANOS Thanos Mikroutsikos was born in Patra in 1947. He began his musical studies at a young age in the Philharmonic Company of Patra and at the Hellenic Odeum (theory and piano). He followed this by studying and graduating from the Athens University in Math, while at the same time studying harmony, counterpoint and compositions with G.A Papaioannou as his professor/composer.
